Managing work-life and managing your children’s academic work-life can be stressful. Mother Doves Academy helps with that. We offer after-school and weekend tutoring services.
Mother Doves Academy makes your life simpler by offering tutoring services Monday- Thursday from the hours of 4:30 to 7:30pm or on Sundays from 2:00 to 6:00pm.
Tutoring sessions begin with an at-grade level diagnostic assessment in both reading and math. This will help to determine an individualized plan for your student. After the completion of the assessments, parents will be notified about the areas of focus.
Sessions must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancelled sessions must be rescheduled within 48 hours of the missed appointment and must be made up within the same month, prior to the start of the next pay period. Any sessions cancelled within the last week of the month must be made up before the 5th of the next month.
For example, if you cancel a session originally scheduled for January 5th, you must reschedule it by January 7th for a date still within the month of January. Another example, if you cancel a session originally scheduled for January 30th, you must make up the cancelled session by February 4th. If the session is not rescheduled and/ or made up within the time allotted, it will be forfeited.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
After 2 consecutive cancellations or no-shows, your child will lose their guaranteed monthly appointment slot and will need to book new sessions based on availability.
All services may be canceled or rescheduled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start of the service. No shows or cancellations within the 24-hour of your service time are non-refundable and clients will be charged the full amount of the service.
At Mother Doves Academy, we are passionate about helping young learners learn to fly and be their best selves. We offer a variety of services to children between ages 2-11.
